Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Short version: iLabs has no accounts and no login. We don't ask for your name, email, or any personal detail. We use Google Analytics to see anonymous, aggregate usage (which pages are visited, roughly from where) so we know what to improve. Your browser stores a few small preferences locally. That's it.
Who runs this site
iLabs is a personal, non-commercial project maintained by an individual developer. For any privacy question, contact sparikshit955@gmail.com.
What we collect directly
Nothing that identifies you. There is no sign-up, no contact form, and no field anywhere on the site that asks for personal information.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate — for example, how many people open the reaction sandbox, which lessons are popular, and the general country or region of visitors. This relies on cookies and similar identifiers set by Google and may include a truncated/anonymised IP address.
- We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
- We do not sell or share it.
- Analytics is disabled automatically when the site is run locally (for development).
- You can block it with any standard ad/tracker blocker or your browser's "Do Not Track" / cookie settings, and the site will work exactly the same.
Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can read about the data Analytics collects here.
What your browser stores locally
The site saves a few small values in your browser's localStorage so it
remembers your choices between visits. These never leave your device and we cannot read
them:
- your light/dark theme choice;
- sandbox preferences (such as the 2.5D lighting toggle and whether the material picker is open);
- quiz/game progress where a page offers it.
Clearing your browser data for this site removes all of it.
Fonts
The site loads a typeface from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that normal request. See the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.
Advertising
iLabs does not currently show ads. If Google AdSense is added in the future, this section will be updated before any ad appears, and Google's advertising cookies (described in the Google Ads policy) would then apply. This page will always reflect the current state of the site.
Supporting the project ("Buy me a coffee")
There is an optional link to make a small voluntary payment. If you choose to use it, the payment is handled entirely by your own UPI or payment app and the payment provider — iLabs does not process, see, or store your payment details, and no payment is ever required to use any part of the site.
Children
iLabs is aimed at students, including those under 18. Because we collect no personal information and require no account, using the site does not involve a child providing any personal data to us. Analytics data is anonymous and aggregate. Parents or guardians with questions can contact the address above.
Your choices
- Use a tracker/ad blocker or private browsing to stop analytics.
- Clear this site's data in your browser to remove all stored preferences.
- Email us to ask any question about this policy.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Significant changes (such as introducing ads) will be made before the change takes effect on the site.
